- Booking Confirmation: 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

- 30 days or more before the trip: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund
- Amendments: Changes to dates or package details are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.
- No Show: No refund in case of no show or unused services.
- Visa & Travel Documents: Responsibility lies with the traveler to ensure valid documentation.
